My late father was the community head of our oil producing area due to the
enviromental pollution caused by the activities of the oil companies located
in our area, fishing and agriculture which is our main source of livelihood
had become diminished this brought about large compensation from the
companies. On my father’s sickbed he informed me that considerable amount of
the compensation accrued to him is secured in a box and kept inside the
vault of a safe depository and cargo/courier company declaring me as his

After his death his vast estate became subject of litigations and strife in
